Fact Sheets & Information on Budget Process Reform Legislation - H.R. 3582 & H.R. 3578

On Thursday, February 2, 2012 the House will be debating two pieces of legislation that pertain that pertain to budget process reform. The two bills are H.R. 3578, (The Baseline Budget Reform Act of 2011) and H.R. 3582 (The Pro-Growth Budget Act of 2011 also known as the "Dynamic Scoring" bill).
