Chairman Yarmuth Statement on House Passage of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Moments ago the U.S. House of Representatives passed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (H.R. 1319), a reconciliation bill spearheaded by House Budget Chairman John Yarmuth (D-KY-03). The legislation will deliver President Biden’s American Rescue Plan, providing critical COVID relief and economic support to the American people while addressing the twin health and economic crises facing the United States.
