WASHINGTON, D.C.Moments ago the U.S. House of Representatives passed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (H.R. 1319), a reconciliation bill spearheaded by House Budget Chairman John Yarmuth (D-KY-03)The legislation will deliver President Biden’s American Rescue Plan, providing critical COVID relief and economic support to the American people while addressing the twin health and economic crises facing the United States.

“Early this morning, the House of Representatives responded to the crises facing families across the nation and passed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. This aggressive plan will provide vital resources to speed up vaccine distribution, deliver immediate relief to working families, and help generate a strong and inclusive recovery.
