Today, the House Budget Committee released a new report on President Biden's Fiscal Year 2024 Budget proposal, a fiscally and socially responsible blueprint to invest in America, lower costs for working families, protect and strengthen Medicare and Social Security, and reduce the deficit by nearly $3 trillion. The President's Budget would not raise taxes by a penny on anyone making less than $400,000 a year.
