Chairman Yarmuth Statement on Senate Passage of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Kentucky Representative John Yarmuth, Chair of the House Budget Committee issued the following statement upon the Senate’s passage of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (H.R. 1319), a reconciliation bill spearheaded by Chairman Yarmuth. The legislation will deliver President Biden’s American Rescue Plan, providing critical COVID relief and economic support to the American people while addressing the twin health and economic crises facing the United States.
